1. Maximize sales and profitability of the department.
2. Collaborate with Boutique Managers and Area Managers to enhance commercial performance.
3. Maintain excellent relations with key suppliers.
4. Implement action plans in alignment with the Brand's strategic direction.
5. Lead and coach a team to exceed customer expectations and maintain world-class standards.
6. Own and deliver all KPIs for the department, including sales, service, stock loss, and employee turnover.
7. Ensure Dior values are exemplified in all aspects of the role.

1. Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficiency in English, with Arabic being a plus.
