1. Manage and coach the department team alongside the Store Manager, focusing on talent development and performance evaluation.
2. Lead team briefings, set goals, and provide training on product categories while fostering a collaborative team spirit.
3. Maximize sales results and performance indicators for the product categories, leveraging a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market.
4. Cultivate and manage relationships with both local and international clients, ensuring long-term customer loyalty through excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Monitor and communicate sales targets and KPIs, acting as a brand ambassador for Dior.
6. Coordinate product category performance analysis and reporting in collaboration with the Retail Merchandiser to develop strategic action plans.
7. Train the team on product knowledge and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
8. Oversee purchasing, restocking, and stock management in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, instructing and supervising staff on operational protocols.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
