- Manage and coach the department team alongside the Store Manager, focusing on talent development and performance evaluation.
- Lead team briefings, set goals, and provide training on product categories while fostering a collaborative team spirit.
- Maximize sales results and performance indicators for the product categories, leveraging a deep understanding of the luxury fashion market.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with both local and international clients, ensuring long-term customer loyalty through excellent interpersonal skills.
- Monitor and communicate sales targets and KPIs, acting as a brand ambassador for Dior.
- Coordinate product category performance analysis and reporting in collaboration with the Retail Merchandiser to develop strategic action plans.
- Train the team on product knowledge and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee purchasing, restocking, and stock management in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, instructing and supervising staff on operational protocols.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
