1. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to optimize stock level usage.
2. Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers by all team members.
3. Develop and oversee the implementation of the yearly marketing calendar in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
4. Assist in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing the annual budgets for the network.
5. Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, initiating corrective actions as needed.
6. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to facilitate partnerships.
7. Participate in managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Boutique Manager.
8. Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and budgets for team members and ensuring their achievement.
9. Coach and train team members to enhance their performance.
10. Identify and fulfill customer needs to exceed expectations.

1. At least 5 years of retail experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role within a luxury product setting.
2. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous.

1. Initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.
4. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within the luxury sector.
