Christian Dior Department Manager - Fine Jewellery & Watches

- Oversee operations of the Fine Jewellery department within the boutique.
- Ensure optimization of stock level usage in collaboration with area managers.
- Participate in the development of the purchase plan.
- Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers by all team members.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the yearly marketing calendar.
- Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing annual budgets.
- Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers and regional teams to negotiate commercial conditions.
- Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking necessary actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for store openings, closings, and renovations.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to implement partnerships.
- Attend managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Division Manager.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and budgets for team members and ensuring their achievement.
- Coach and train team members.
- Identify and satisfy customer needs to meet and exceed expectations.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury product setting, preferably Fine Jewellery.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with a sensitivity to fashion.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Demonstrated initiative.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.
A minimum of 5 years of retail experience is required, with at least 2 years in a management capacity within a luxury product setting, such as Fine Jewellery.
