1. Oversee operations of the Fine Jewellery department within the boutique.
2. Ensure optimization of stock level usage in collaboration with area managers.
3. Participate in the development of the purchase plan.
4. Ensure adherence to established procedures for ordering and transfers by all team members.
5. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the yearly marketing calendar.
6. Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing annual budgets.
7. Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers and regional teams to negotiate commercial conditions.
8. Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking necessary actions.
9. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics, and merchandising for store openings, closings, and renovations.
10. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to implement partnerships.
11. Attend managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Division Manager.
12. Ensure the highest level of customer service.
13. Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and budgets for team members and ensuring their achievement.
14. Coach and train team members.
15. Identify and satisfy customer needs to meet and exceed expectations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury product setting, preferably Fine Jewellery.

1. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with a sensitivity to fashion.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
3. Demonstrated initiative.
4. Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills.

A minimum of 5 years of retail experience is required, with at least 2 years in a management capacity within a luxury product setting, such as Fine Jewellery.
