1. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to optimize stock levels and ensure procedural compliance in ordering and transfers.
2. Develop and oversee the implementation of the yearly marketing calendar in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
3. Assist in defining the annual strategic plan and preparing the yearly budgets for the network.
4. Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective actions as necessary.
5. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to facilitate partnerships.
6. Participate in managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide feedback to the Boutique Manager.
7. Manage, engage, and guide the team, setting objectives and ensuring their achievement.
8. Coach and train team members to enhance their performance.
9. Identify and satisfy customer needs to exceed expectations.

1. 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in management within a luxury product setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
3. Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
