1. Maximize sales and profitability of the department.
2. Collaborate with Boutique Managers and Area Manager to enhance commercial performance.
3. Maintain excellent relations with key suppliers.
4. Implement action plans in alignment with the Brand's strategic direction.
5. Lead and coach a team to exceed customer expectations and maintain world-class standards.
6. Own and deliver all KPIs for the department, including sales, service, stock loss, and employee turnover.
7. Ensure Dior values are exemplified in all aspects of the role.

1. Retail experience with at least 3 years in management within a luxury product setting.
2. Client-centric mindset and business orientation.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Charismatic with robust attention to detail.
6. Passionate about building and managing a high-performing team.
7. Solid understanding of analytics and ability to review metrics.
8. Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
