Christian Dior Department Deputy Manager

- Lead by example, mentor, and train the team to enhance their sales and service techniques.
- Support the Department Manager in developing and implementing a local client development strategy.
- Build internal relationships to facilitate cross-selling across product categories.
- Cultivate client loyalty by building relationships with VVIC and Elite clients.
- Monitor and improve sales levels within the department.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints.
- Assist the Department Manager in achieving commercial goals while adhering to company policies.
- Develop relationships with Head Office to provide feedback on clientele and product performance.
- Support stock ordering and management as needed.
- Organize and delegate daily tasks to the store team.
- Assist in recruiting, evaluating, motivating, and developing the team.
- Minimize stock losses and store operating expenses.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and display within the department.
- Ensure compliance with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
- Maximize security and prevent product theft.
- Ensure department operations align with company administration systems to minimize losses.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Line Manager or Head Office.
- Represent Christian Dior as a brand ambassador at events.
- Previous management experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods.
- Expertise in leather goods and accessories.
- Fluency in a second language is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service acumen.
- Initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury sector.
