1. Manage the department’s sales performance and service.
2. Optimize space and stock usage to maximize sales and minimize resource wastage.
3. Ensure effective merchandise display using promotional materials to meet current demand.
4. Lead client recruitment and foster client loyalty through CRM initiatives.
5. Achieve boutique capture rate and mystery shopping results.
6. Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to the team.
7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of back office functions and boutique analysis.
8. Ensure the boutique maintains correct basic stock levels.
9. Provide feedback to ensure popular selling lines are replenished.
10. Control stock loss within store budget and implement stock audits.
11. Ensure compliance with company administration systems to minimize losses.
12. Adhere to company security procedures regarding theft and pilferage.
13. Report suspected shoplifters to Loss Prevention.
14. Train staff on company systems for cash handling, credit authorization, and loss reporting.
15. Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, and development of staff.
16. Oversee employee performance appraisals and identify high-potential employees.
17. Communicate effectively to develop a stable team and succession plan.
18. Conduct morning briefings and motivate the team to achieve objectives.
19. Network with Dior management to share best practices.
20. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies within the concession.

1. Previous management experience in retail, ideally within the luxury sector.
2. Strong expertise in Leather Goods and Accessories.

1. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service skills.
3. Sense of initiative and commercial creativity in fashion.
4. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
5. Fluency in a second language (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
