1. Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness and training strategy for all employees.
2. Define objectives, action plans, and relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Design and deploy innovative and tailored training modules (in-person, e-learning, practical workshops, simulated phishing campaigns) for various audiences (business units, IT, management, new hires).
4. Create impactful communication materials (newsletters, posters, videos, practical guides) and lead key internal events (Cybersecurity Month, challenges, quizzes, webinars) to engage teams.
5. Industrialize and manage post-incident remediation campaigns focused on user awareness.
6. Measure the effectiveness of actions taken (phishing tests, satisfaction surveys, participation rates) and adjust programs based on feedback and evolving threats.

1. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role or managing cybersecurity awareness programs in an international context.
2. Fluency in both English and French, both spoken and written.
3. Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity issues and risks, complemented by a solid IT and cyber foundation and strong communication and marketing skills.
4. Proven project management experience, including defining, budgeting, and steering roadmaps, as well as significant experience in training facilitation.

2. Proficiency in communication, training, and e-learning tools.
3. Ability to define an editorial schedule for publications.
4. Strong pedagogical sense, creativity, and ability to simplify complex topics for a non-expert audience.
5. Initiative and ability to unite teams.
