Christian Dior Cybersecurity Awareness and Training Lead

- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness and training strategy for all employees.
- Define objectives, action plans, and relevant performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and deploy innovative and tailored training modules (in-person, e-learning, practical workshops, simulated phishing campaigns) for various audiences (business units, IT, management, new hires).
- Create impactful communication materials (newsletters, posters, videos, practical guides) and lead key internal events (Cybersecurity Month, challenges, quizzes, webinars) to engage teams.
- Industrialize and manage post-incident remediation campaigns focused on user awareness.
- Measure the effectiveness of actions taken (phishing tests, satisfaction surveys, participation rates) and adjust programs based on feedback and evolving threats.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role or managing cybersecurity awareness programs in an international context.
- Fluency in both English and French, both spoken and written.
- Excellent knowledge of cybersecurity issues and risks, complemented by a solid IT and cyber foundation and strong communication and marketing skills.
- Proven project management experience, including defining, budgeting, and steering roadmaps, as well as significant experience in training facilitation.
- Excellent communication skills, including with Executive Committee members.
- Proficiency in communication, training, and e-learning tools.
- Ability to define an editorial schedule for publications.
- Strong pedagogical sense, creativity, and ability to simplify complex topics for a non-expert audience.
- Initiative and ability to unite teams.
