1. Ensure compliance of customs operations and trade compliance with timelines, security, and regulatory requirements.
2. Define customs procedures, including those for CITES-regulated products.
3. Collaborate with international teams to ensure compliance and prevent customs blockages.
4. Monitor customs operations by service providers, track KPIs, and organize periodic operational reviews.
5. Identify risk situations and provide solutions for customs-related issues.
6. Improve and oversee customs classification processes.
7. Optimize customs return operations.
8. Maintain OEA certification and Known Consignor accreditation, educate internal teams on procedures, and manage audit organization.
9. Advise and educate other divisions on customs matters.
10. Represent the brand with external partners and authorities.
11. Ensure data classification and compliance processes are up-to-date and accurate.
12. Define data needs based on existing customs regulations.
13. Coordinate with Industrial and Product Compliance teams to ensure product data meets customs requirements.
14. Lead project progress, reporting, arbitration requests, and advancement tracking.
15. Ensure compliance in coordination with relevant services and oversee DEB verification.
16. Analyze and improve fiscal processes related to customs operations.
17. Control and monitor the implementation of ethical guidelines within the scope.
18. Stay informed of new regulations and alert management and stakeholders of impacts.
19. Draft, disseminate, and enforce compliance rules and processes.
20. Ensure smooth operations with a focus on timelines.
21. Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to integrate best practices.
22. Manage a team, including a Customs Product Compliance Coordinator and an Administrative Assistant.
23. Supervise and ensure team compliance, establish standards, and support process optimization.
24. Contribute to team skill development and performance evaluation.
25. Participate actively in SME, ensuring environmental and safety compliance.
26. Propose and implement optimization projects for continuous improvement.

1. Advanced degree in Customs or related field (recognized certification or Master's degree).
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
4. Proficiency in trade compliance practices (customs, taxation, etc.).
5. Experience in managing international projects.
6. Experience in team management.
7. Proficiency in IT tools.
8. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
