- Ensure the integrity and enhancement of the Dior client database, maximizing opportunities for return on investment through client actions.
- Develop new clients and prospects, fostering loyalty alongside store teams, and deliver an exceptional luxury experience to VIP clients.
- Maintain accurate client data, updating with qualitative information through cross-checking with store client books and retail teams, and direct client feedback.
- Train and coach store teams on customer relationship management, including monitoring capture rates and organizing training sessions on communication etiquette.
- Optimize boutique business through strategic use of the database, preparing action plans for sales teams with clear objectives and deadlines.
- Support sales teams in delivering exceptional service to top clients, building loyalty and maximizing potential for new clients.
- Collaborate with partners and business developers to cultivate new prospects and redistribute inactive clients to sales teams with specific objectives.
- Support in-store events such as pop-ups and special promotions to enhance client engagement.
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on shop floor activities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
