1. Collaborate closely with retail teams across the Americas to ensure seamless communication.
2. Coordinate with Central CRM and local corporate partners, including warehouse logistics.
3. Engage in daily communication with boutique management teams in the Americas.
4. Develop presentation materials for internal and store use.
5. Support the CRM department with gifting projects and administrative tasks.
6. Assist in the review, approval, and fulfillment of client gifting.
7. Partner with store operations and warehouse for gifting logistics and shipping.
8. Manage CRM gifting inventory with regular counts.
9. Coordinate and execute gifting campaigns.
10. Create status and tracking reports for team review.
11. Produce weekly and monthly gifting ROI reports.
12. Conduct research projects and competitor analysis.
13. Perform general clerical and administrative duties.

1. Full-time availability for a 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm with remote work on Fridays.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
3. Background in luxury retail preferred.

5. Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy.
6. Proficient analytical capabilities and computer skills.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field, preferably within luxury retail.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
