1. Assist in managing and executing recurring zone-level client reports.
2. Collaborate with internal partners for additional reporting and list requirements.
3. Create ad-hoc reporting decks and insights using internal data platforms.
4. Support CRM database hygiene and report maintenance.
5. Manage client reallocation projects bi-weekly using CRM tools.
6. Conduct spot checks on direct mail client lists for duplicates and fraud.
7. Assist with direct mail processes, including list pulls, organization, recap decks, and vendor relationships.

1. Full-time availability for a 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with remote work on Fridays.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Background in luxury retail is preferred.

2. Proficient project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
4. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to make autonomous decisions promptly.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
7. Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field, with a preference for backgrounds in luxury retail.

The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
