Christian Dior CRM Analytics Coordinator

- Manage and execute recurring zone-level client reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with internal partners to fulfill additional reporting and list requirements.
- Develop ad hoc reporting decks and insights utilizing internal data platforms.
- Maintain CRM database hygiene and report accuracy.
- Oversee client reallocation projects bi-weekly using CRM tools.
- Conduct quality checks on direct mail client lists to identify duplicates and fraudulent profiles.
- Support direct mail processes, including list pulls, organization, recap decks, and vendor relationships.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a CRM or analytical role.
- Background in luxury retail is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Proficient project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make autonomous decisions efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related CRM or analytical role, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Salary range of $70,000-$76,000 annually.
Eligible for medical benefits plan, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
