- Develop and write high‑quality Japanese copy for print advertisements, product descriptions, taglines and in‑store promotional materials, ensuring brand voice consistency.
- Coordinate with advertising and design agencies to provide creative direction for layouts, visual/compositional guidance and final art approvals.
- Ensure all copy and promotional content complies with pharmaceutical/regulatory requirements and manage internal RA/QA approval workflows.
- Manage production schedules, budgets and vendor relationships for in‑store materials (leaflets, sample cards, handout cards), including print submission and color proofing.
- Conduct meticulous proofreading and quality control of final artwork and text; liaise with domestic and international stakeholders including HQ, marketing, sales and logistics teams.
- University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Literature or a related humanities discipline emphasizing strong writing and analytical skills.
- Native Japanese proficiency with fluent English (TOEIC ~850 level or equivalent) for cross‑border coordination.
- Proven ability to produce creative, brand‑accurate copy and to translate product specifications into precise consumer‑facing language.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; demonstrable experience directing external agencies and working with cross‑functional teams.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple production projects to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Minimum five years of professional experience, preferably within the cosmetics/skincare industry or an advertising agency, with demonstrable experience in content creation, copywriting and production management.
University degree in Marketing, Journalism, Humanities (e.g., Literature) or a related field.
