- 5+ years of management experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Proven track record in retail performance (sales and profitability).
- Experience working in a luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional sales skills.
- Proficient in networking.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and extensive vocabulary.
- Proficient in computer use and analytical skills.
- Customer management skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (for large stores).
- Outstanding staff management abilities.
5+ years of management experience in luxury retail with a proven track record in sales and profitability.
