1. Lead and manage the counter team to ensure high performance and team spirit.

1. Previous retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry with proven management capabilities (minimum 5 years).
2. Proven track record of achieving excellent retail results in terms of revenue and profitability.
3. Experience working within a luxury retail environment.

3. Strong knowledge of cosmetics and beauty-related vocabulary.
4. Computer and analytical skills.
5. Client management skills.
6. Fluency in Flemish/Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred.
7. People management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.

Minimum 5 years of retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry, demonstrating successful management capabilities.
