1. Lead and manage the counter team to ensure high performance and team spirit.
2. Ensure team alignment with Dior's strategies, goals, and standards.
3. Set realistic individual KPIs for team members.
4. Coach and develop team skills using Dior tools and training materials.

6. Oversee the annual appraisal process for all store staff.
7. Achieve consistent sales performance and profitability targets.

9. Foster a culture of relationship-building and personalized customer experiences.
10. Manage and leverage customer data to enhance loyalty.
11. Ensure operational compliance and effective stock management.
12. Strengthen relationships with retailers.

1. Previous retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry with proven management capabilities (minimum 5 years).
2. Proven track record of achieving excellent retail results in terms of revenue and profitability.
3. Experience working within a luxury retail environment.

2. Digital proficiency.
3. Strong knowledge of cosmetics and beauty-related vocabulary.
4. Computer and analytical skills.
5. Client management skills.
6. Fluency in Flemish/Dutch, with proficiency in French and English preferred.
7. People management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff.

Minimum 5 years of retail experience in the luxury and/or cosmetics industry, demonstrating successful management capabilities.
