- Participate in a structured program designed to identify and cultivate future talent across various functional areas.
- Support the assigned department in achieving both short-term and long-term organizational objectives through administrative tasks and project work.
- Collaborate with trainees from other departments to develop initiatives aimed at enhancing business outcomes.
- Present a comprehensive project to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Engage in cross-departmental activities to gain a holistic understanding of the business operations.
- Work authorization is required.
- Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Commitment to the full duration of the program from July 2025 to July 2026.
