1. Participate in a structured program designed to identify and cultivate future talent across various functional areas.
2. Support the assigned department in achieving both short-term and long-term organizational objectives through administrative tasks and project work.
3. Collaborate with trainees from other departments to develop initiatives aimed at enhancing business outcomes.
4. Present a comprehensive project to the Executive Leadership Team.
5. Engage in cross-departmental activities to gain a holistic understanding of the business operations.

1. Work authorization is required.
2. Availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
3. Commitment to the full duration of the program from July 2025 to July 2026.
