Christian Dior Component Purchasing Specialist

- Request accessory sheets, technical sheets, compositions, and rates for each confirmed reference from the Industrialization Office in Italy for the season.
- Verify potential implementation and development costs of references with new suppliers for production.
- Prepare the component binder with references, validated color variants, technical sheets, and tiered pricing.
- Purchase component references during showroom sales.
- Plan deliveries with suppliers based on priorities provided by the Supply Chain.
- Manage permanent auxiliary orders.
- Handle invoicing and analyze potential discrepancies.
- Degree from a Fashion School with a specialization in Purchasing/Negotiation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Component Purchasing dedicated to Ready-to-Wear.
- Deep technical knowledge of garments/components/materials.
- Ability to manage multiple collections simultaneously.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong IT skills.
- Ability to quickly master new software and seek out information.
- Autonomy, flexibility, curiosity, and open-mindedness.
- Passion for the field, with an aptitude for tackling technical challenges.
- Solution-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, precision, and quality sensitivity.
- Dynamic, excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit.
- Fluent in French and English (written/oral), Italian is a plus.
