- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in payroll variables, deductions, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team for monthly payroll processing and closing activities.
- Calculate headcount, full-time equivalent, and staff costs, including accruals, on a monthly basis.
- Submit monthly and annual headcount and payroll reports to the central team.
- Conduct job evaluations and market research to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Analyze and recommend adjustments to compensation programs based on market trends and company performance.
- Develop and maintain salary ranges and guidelines.
- Support regional HR Business Partners with compensation proposals and provide guidance on budget deviations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits programs based on employee needs and market trends.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and address their inquiries.
- Support the preparation of staff cost budgets and monitor expenses.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, with Finance or Accounting knowledge being desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with payroll processing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of GCC labor laws is advantageous.
- Expertise in payroll management and compensation program analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and internal equity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying benefits information.
- Ability to develop and maintain policies and procedures.
A minimum of 3 years in compensation and benefits, with a preference for experience in payroll processing.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting.
