Christian Dior Compensation and Benefits Specialist

- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in payroll variables and maintaining records of payroll elements and adjustments.
- Coordinate with the Accounting team for monthly payroll processing and closing activities.
- Calculate headcount, full-time equivalent, and staff costs, including accruals, on a monthly basis.
- Submit monthly and annual headcount and payroll reports to the central team.
- Conduct job evaluations and market research to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in compensation programs.
- Analyze and recommend adjustments to compensation programs based on market trends, company performance, and employee needs.
- Develop and maintain salary ranges and guidelines.
- Support regional HR Business Partners with compensation proposals and provide guidance on budget deviations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health and life insurance, and other perks.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits programs based on employee needs and market trends.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and address their inquiries.
- Support in the preparation of staff cost budgets and monitor, report, and adjust the budget as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; knowledge in Finance or Accounting is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with payroll processing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of GCC labor laws is advantageous.
- Expertise in payroll management and compensation program analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for employee interaction and policy development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a preference for candidates with payroll processing experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources; Finance or Accounting knowledge is desirable.
