1. Share a passion for hospitality with clients.
2. Participate in the service of food and beverages.
3. Assist the chef de rang in managing service and customer relations.
4. Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries, bread, and toasts in the back-office.
5. Ensure coordination with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding.
6. Act as a key player in delivering an exceptional client experience across various sales spaces.
7. Promote the diverse services and products available at 30 Montaigne.
8. Clear and clean tables during service.
9. Maintain and clean service equipment.
10. Ensure optimal stocking of the point of sale.
11. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
12. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
