1. Share a passion for the culinary arts with clients.

4. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries, bread, and toasts in the back-office.
5. Maintain communication with the kitchen, stockroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
6. Enhance the client experience across different sales areas.

8. Clear and clean tables during service.
9. Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of service equipment.
10. Supply the point of sale to optimize conditions of use.
11. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
12. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
