Christian Dior Commercial Assistant Intern

- Assist the commercial team and department director in daily operations and client relations.
- Coordinate with sales administration regarding deliveries and restocking.
- Consolidate and monitor weekly and monthly sales figures for partner shops-in-shop.
- Proactively manage visual merchandising follow-ups.
- Organize various events.
- Participate in sales activities within showrooms.
- Manage order intake, tracking, and cancellations.
- Prepare necessary sales documentation.
- Conduct product bestseller analyses and debriefs.
- Perform sell-through studies for clients.
- Prepare training documents for Men's and Women's collections.
- Create ad-hoc presentations, including competitive monitoring.
- Assist in organizing travel for the director and sales team.
- Support in expense report entries.
- Organize appointments and meetings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Management from a recognized institution.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Availability and a strong interest in fashion and luxury.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Organizational and meticulousness in task execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Open to candidates with beginner-level experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Management.
