1. Support the management of heritage collections, including the entire cycle of entry into the collections.
2. Identify contributions of contemporary collections and acquisitions of vintage clothing and accessories.
3. Create inventory numbers for new acquisitions.
4. Index items and related photographs in the database.
5. Ensure proper labeling of heritage clothing and accessories.
6. Collaborate with the photography team to ensure all items have corresponding images in the database.
7. Coordinate with the packaging team to ensure proper conditioning before items are sent to external storage.

1. Currently enrolled in a program related to conservation, preventive conservation, or documentation of artworks.
2. Strong understanding of objects and their preservation.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
