1. Support the management of heritage collections, including the entire cycle of entry into the collections.
2. Identify contemporary collection deposits and vintage acquisitions (clothing and accessories).
3. Create inventory numbers.
4. Index deposited elements in the database.
5. Index photographs related to clothing and accessories in the database.
6. Create heritage labels for clothing and accessories.
7. Ensure each piece has a photograph in the database after being sent to external reserves.
8. Coordinate with the packaging team for proper conditioning before sending items to external reserves.

1. Student in management, preventive conservation, or documentation of works.
2. Good understanding of objects.
