- Conduct comprehensive competitive product analysis to identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
- Establish a close relationship with retail merchandising to integrate commercial needs across regions.
- Develop collection plans and product strategies for four annual collections and various capsules.
- Set target prices within the collection plan and define price positioning, incorporating feedback from production and retail merchandising while adhering to the brand's margin objectives.
- Assist in the collection development process in collaboration with the studio and development teams, identifying and addressing fitting and development issues.
- Coordinate showroom and fashion show activities, including the creation of fabric books and sales tools for four annual collections.
- Brief the photo studio on packshots and still life photography.
- Present collections to Press, Wholesale, E-commerce, and CRM teams for each collection.
- Support sales sessions for Elite clients.
- Coordinate marketing, advertising, and communication shoots, as well as e-commerce activities.
- Manage prototype flows and collection inventories.
- Prepare ATA carnets for international collection shipments.
- Validate captions for lookbooks.
- Centralize CRM team gift needs and brief the studio and development teams.
- Oversee order placement during showrooms with the Production Coordination team.
- Draft product guidelines for the e-commerce team and validate product descriptions and packshots for the online sales platform.
- Assist in developing training tools for Dior Academy, including proofreading and verifying information.
- Support the definition of boutique and showroom staff uniforms.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team on projects related to sales support or specific packaging creation.
- Bachelor's degree +5: Business school with a specialization in marketing or equivalent university degree.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong product sensitivity, aesthetic sense, creativity, and curiosity.
- Keen interest in men's fashion.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel - mastery of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and concatenate functions is essential).
- Strong writing skills.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with regular contact expected.
