1. Reference materials and supplies for collections.
2. Update bill of materials and product nomenclatures.
3. Initiate production and purchase orders.
4. Procure materials and supplies.
5. Maintain communication with various suppliers.
6. Monitor and track deliveries.
7. Update and maintain the database.
8. Print imagery and create sample swatches for distribution.
9. Organize and archive supplies.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion, Couture, Business, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in French; professional English recommended.
2. Technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
3. Strong verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Proactive and adaptable with strong organizational skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.

Pursuing a BAC +4/5 degree in Fashion, Couture, Business, or equivalent.
