1. Provide exceptional client service through various communication channels including telephone, email, social media, and written correspondence.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury customer service delivery.

2. Proficient in sales negotiation.

5. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
7. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; additional languages are advantageous.
8. Proficient in office software and writing.
9. Knowledge of Salesforce.
