- Ensure outstanding customer service by maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers.
- Oversee the point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.
- Manage aftersales services, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Assist in the management of all areas of boutique operations as needed.
- Accurately complete all opening and closing procedures, securing all cash and receipts.
- Maintain the orderly appearance of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide support to the selling floor when necessary.
- Participate in all inventory activities.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Support general boutique operational tasks, including safety and security, policy, and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-through abilities.
- Proficiency in handling cash and media transactions.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail cashiering, with a preference for candidates with a luxury background.
