1. Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
2. Manage point-of-sale systems and ensure cash integrity.
3. Handle phone communications with proper etiquette, including answering inquiries and transferring calls.
4. Assist with packaging and wrapping of merchandise for customers.
5. Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
6. Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
7. Perform opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
8. Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
9. Support merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
10. Participate in inventory processes.
11. Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
12. Address and resolve issues affecting service and efficiency in the cash wrap area.
13. Assist with general boutique operations, including safety, security, and compliance with policies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
