- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Manage point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Maintain cash integrity and oversee media at registers.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and communication.
- Assist in the packing and wrapping of merchandise.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer feedback to management.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
- Support the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Contribute to problem-solving and service improvement in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and product receiving.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in luxury.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise boxes.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
