1. Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
2. Manage point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
3. Maintain cash integrity and oversee media at registers.
4. Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and communication.
5. Assist in the packing and wrapping of merchandise.
6. Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
7. Communicate customer feedback to management.
8. Complete opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
9. Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
10. Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and display maintenance.
11. Support the selling floor as needed.
12. Participate in inventory processes.
13. Contribute to problem-solving and service improvement in the cash wrap area.
14. Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and product receiving.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in luxury.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise boxes.
5. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
