- Ensure outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Accurately process transactions at registers and maintain cash and media integrity.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and message handling.
- Assist in packing and wrapping customer purchases.
- Manage customer exchanges and returns in collaboration with Boutique Leadership.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash and receipts are secured.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory activities.
- Resolve issues and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
