Client Service Representative

1. Ensure outstanding customer service by providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
2. Oversee the POS system and maintain cash integrity.
3. Use proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and communication.
4. Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
5. Manage customer exchanges or returns in partnership with the Boutique Leadership Team.
6. Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
7. Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately.
8. Maintain orderly appearance of register area and keep supplies stocked.
9. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
10. Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
11. Participate in all inventories.
12. Help solve problems and make informed suggestions for the cash wrap area.
13. Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security.

1. 3+ years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury background preferred.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours/days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
