- Ensure outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Accurately manage cash and media transactions at registers.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and call transfers.
- Assist in packaging customer purchases.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership Team on customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer feedback to management.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash and receipts are secured.
- Maintain a tidy register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping tasks.
- Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Address and resolve issues affecting service and efficiency in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety and security protocols.
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, luxury background preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.

The position offers a salary range of $18-$23 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses.
