- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, and possessing product knowledge.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions at registers, maintaining all cash and media accurately.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette for answering calls, taking messages, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise.
- Handle customer exchanges or returns in collaboration with the Boutique Leadership Team.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security of all cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly appearance of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in all inventory processes.
- Resolve issues and make informed suggestions to enhance service and efficiency at the cash wrap area.
- Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours/days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with a preference for luxury background.
Salary range of $18-$23 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
