- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly environment, ensuring customers are greeted and acknowledged.
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and media transactions.
- Maintain telephone etiquette, handling customer inquiries and messages with professionalism.
- Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts accurately.
- Maintain the orderliness of the register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping tasks.
- Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Address and resolve issues affecting service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and policy adherence.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Commitment to adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
