- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, and possessing solid product knowledge.
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and media maintenance.
- Exhibit proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries, message taking, and call transfers.
- Assist in the packing or wrapping of customer purchases.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Leadership Team to manage customer exchanges or returns.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately, securing all cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Resolve issues and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, policy adherence, and product receiving.
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures throughout the store.
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Exceptional customer service skills
