- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Accurately process transactions at registers and maintain cash and media integrity.
- Exhibit proper telephone etiquette for answering calls, taking messages, and handling customer inquiries.
- Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash and receipts are secured.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Address problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and efficiency at the cash wrap area.
- Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.
