1. Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers and maintaining housekeeping standards.
2. Accurately process transactions at registers and maintain cash and media integrity.
3. Exhibit proper telephone etiquette for answering calls, taking messages, and handling customer inquiries.
4. Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
5. Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to manage customer exchanges and returns.
6. Communicate customer requests and feedback to management.
7. Complete all opening and closing procedures, ensuring cash and receipts are secured.
8. Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
9. Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
10. Provide support to the selling floor as needed.
11. Participate in inventory processes.
12. Address problems and make informed suggestions to enhance service and efficiency at the cash wrap area.
13. Support general Boutique operational tasks, including safety and security, and adherence to policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.
