- Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting and acknowledging customers, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- Efficiently manage the point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate cash handling and media transactions.
- Utilize proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and message handling.
- Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Leadership Team to manage customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
- Complete all opening and closing procedures, securing cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Contribute to problem-solving and make informed suggestions to enhance service and productivity in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in luxury.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.

A minimum of 3 years in retail cashiering, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
