- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging customers.
- Efficiently manage point-of-sale systems and ensure cash integrity.
- Maintain proper telephone etiquette for customer inquiries and communication.
- Assist in the packaging and wrapping of customer purchases.
- Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to handle customer exchanges and returns.
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security of cash and receipts.
- Maintain an orderly register area and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Provide assistance on the selling floor as needed.
- Participate in inventory activities.
- Resolve issues and make informed suggestions to enhance service and efficiency in the cash wrap area.
- Support general boutique operations, including safety, security, and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail cashiering experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.
