1. Assist in the creation and development of programs for client engagement
2. Plan, organize, and execute VIP client treatment
3. Partner with CRM to create meaningful client gifting moments
4. Ensure client integration into all events and create solid follow-up plans through 360 Event Strategy
5. Validate sales for the Stylist Program
6. Liaise with boutique teams across North America for fashion show pre-planning
7. Maintain client databases by analyzing and verifying data
8. Support boutiques to ensure growth and development of different client segments
9. Manage logistics including sending and receiving assets for ad hoc projects
10. Participate in brainstorming meetings for client events
11. Assist during the planning and execution of client-specific events
12. Communicate weekly with the Paris office for ad hoc projects and gifting coordination
13. Generate event-recap reports
14. Manage guest lists for events
15. Perform other tasks as assigned

1. Full-time, 12-month program
2. Must be available Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home
3. At least 6 months of prior experience

2. Excellent follow-through practices
3. Superior analytical capabilities
4. Strong time management skills and prioritization
5. Ability to work under specific timelines and in fast-paced environments
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
7. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., V-lookups, pivot tables, Ifs, sum Ifs, page locking)
8. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
9. Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
10. Excellent interpersonal skills
11. Ability to lift up to 50lbs
12. Capable of working with large quantities of data
13. Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits

Beginner

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour.
