1. Assist in the creation and development of client engagement programs.
2. Plan, coordinate, and execute VIP client treatments.
3. Collaborate with CRM to create impactful client gifting moments.
4. Ensure client integration into events with a comprehensive 360 Event Strategy.
5. Validate sales for the Stylist Program.
6. Coordinate with boutique teams across North America for fashion show preparations.
7. Maintain and verify client databases.
8. Support boutiques in client segment growth and development.
9. Manage logistics for ad hoc projects, including asset handling.
10. Participate in brainstorming sessions for client events.
11. Assist in planning and executing client-specific events.
12. Communicate weekly with the Paris office for project coordination and gifting.
13. Generate event recap reports.
14. Manage guest lists for events.
15. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. Availability for full-time, 12-month program, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with remote work on Fridays.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent follow-through and analytical capabilities.
3. Proficient time management and prioritization skills.
4. Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and more.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
7. Quick learning ability and process retention.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
10. Comfortable working with large data sets.
11. Interest in consumer behavior and purchasing habits.

At least 6 months of relevant experience in client development or a related field.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
