1. Support and coordinate the team in all marketing activities to maximize return on investment.
2. Drive growth of the local client database and execute strategies to recruit new clients, retain existing clients, and reactivate dormant clients.
3. Analyze the customer database and coordinate daily CRM actions.
4. Serve as the primary liaison with the Marketing department for all clienteling activities in the boutique.
5. Ensure the accuracy of the client database and coordinate follow-up actions for clients.
6. Develop target lists for events and manage call campaigns, attendance, and follow-up actions to maximize results.
7. Organize and oversee OTO campaigns in-store.
8. Manage client targeting, invitation processes, and ROI for HQ treatments, providing support for local initiatives.
9. Coordinate the use of client gifts and manage gifting actions for local celebrations.
10. Support the team in delivering high-end service, including VIP room experiences.
11. Develop and maintain partnerships for client recruitment.
12. Share weekly and monthly client data and objectives, including dashboard analysis.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
