1. Support and coordinate the team in all marketing activities to maximize return on investment.
2. Drive growth of the local client database through recruitment, retention, and reactivation strategies.
3. Analyze customer database and coordinate daily CRM actions.
4. Serve as the primary liaison with the Marketing department for clienteling activities in the boutique.
5. Ensure the accuracy of the client database and coordinate follow-up actions.
6. Develop target lists for events, manage call campaigns, and oversee attendance and follow-up actions.
7. Organize and manage OTOs campaigns in-store.
8. Oversee client targeting, invitation processes, and ROI for HQ treatments.
9. Coordinate gifting actions and manage the client gift stock.
10. Support the team in delivering high-end in-store services, including VIP room experiences.
11. Develop and maintain partnerships for client recruitment.
12. Share weekly figures and objectives on local clients and conduct monthly dashboard analysis.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in basic IT (Office Suite).
2. Strong product sensitivity and retail understanding.

5. In-depth knowledge of boutique business activities.
6. Luxury market sensitivity.
7. Excellent relationship-building skills.

9. Ability to react and be proactive.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in client development or a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
