1. Manage and enhance relationships with VIP clients, maximizing their engagement within the boutique.
2. Increase client loyalty with a focus on local clientele, collaborating with Department Managers and Client Development Ambassadors.
3. Develop a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite levels.
4. Oversee strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events in collaboration with the Events team.
5. Propose and execute local events to enhance customer loyalty and return on investment.
6. Monitor client indicators within product categories and leverage planned events or animations.
7. Develop and implement operational tools to support departmental teams.
8. Support the Events team from creation to execution of client events.
9. Ensure CRM data capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
10. Provide feedback to Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
11. Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
12. Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to enhance ROI.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. A passion for Christian Dior and its collections.

1. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity with a fashion sensitivity.
3. Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
4. Commercial mindset.
5. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
