1. Ensure the effective management of VIP clients, maximizing their potential within the boutique.
2. Enhance client loyalty with a focus on local clientele, collaborating with Department Managers and Client Development Ambassadors.
3. Develop a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite levels.
4. Manage all strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events in collaboration with the Events team.
5. Propose and facilitate local events with a focus on ROI to boost customer loyalty.
6. Monitor client indicators within product categories and leverage planned events or animations.
7. Develop and implement operational tools to support departmental teams.
8. Support the Events team from creation to execution of client events.
9. Maintain a CRM capture rate consistently above 90%.
10. Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
11. Monitor and analyze results and profitability of implemented actions.
12. Enhance client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to improve ROI.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
2. Proven track record in client development and relationship management.
3. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

1. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service skills with a sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
3. Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
4. Commercial mindset with excellent analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in Excel and CRM tools.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury fashion is required, with a proven track record in client development and relationship management.
