Client Development Manager

1. Manage and develop the CDM Strategy & VIP clients within department stores.
2. Ensure appropriate management of VIP Clients, maximizing their potential within the boutique.
3. Increase client loyalty, focusing on local clientele in collaboration with Department Managers.
4. Develop a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite level.
5. Manage strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events with the Events team.
6. Propose and facilitate local events to increase customer loyalty.
7. Follow up on Client Indicators within Product Categories.
8. Develop and implement operational tools to support the team.
9. Support the Events team from creation to execution of client events.
10. Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
11. Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for data improvement.
12. Monitor results and profitability of all implemented actions.
13. Improve client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to enhance ROI.
14. Act as a brand ambassador for Dior at all business contact points.

1. Previous experience within luxury fashion.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

1. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service, initiative, and commercial creativity.
3. Strong sensitivity to the luxury products universe.
4. Commercial mindset.
5. Proficient in Excel and good analytical skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
