1. Manage and enhance relationships with VIP clients to maximize their potential within the boutique.
2. Increase client loyalty with a focus on local clientele, collaborating with Department Managers and Client Development Ambassadors.
3. Develop a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite levels.
4. Oversee strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events in collaboration with the Events team.
5. Propose and facilitate local events with a focus on ROI to bolster customer loyalty.
6. Monitor client indicators within product categories and leverage planned events or animations.
7. Develop and implement operational tools to support departmental teams.
8. Support the Events team from creation to execution of client events.
9. Ensure CRM data capture rate remains consistently above 90%.
10. Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous data improvement.
11. Monitor and analyze the results and profitability of implemented actions.
12. Enhance client segmentation, profiling, and targeting to improve ROI.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion.
2. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
3. A passion for Christian Dior and its collections.

1. Excellent communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills.
2. Outstanding customer service orientation and commercial creativity.
3. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
4. Commercial mindset with a sensitivity to the luxury products universe.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury fashion sector, with a focus on client development and management.
