1. Coordinate in-store animations with the European marketing team and propose new ideas tailored to local boutique needs.
2. Monitor action results and share weekly CRM KPI reports with the team.
3. Ensure optimal use and quality of the boutique's database, maintaining accurate contact information.
4. Ensure team awareness of client development strategy and yearly boutique clienteling objectives.
5. Guide the team in organizing daily clienteling activities.
6. Coach, train, and support the team in monitoring clienteling performance and identifying opportunities.
7. Serve as the primary contact for the Boutique Manager, providing regular feedback and performance results, and maintain regular communication with the regional marketing manager.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management role within luxury products or hospitality.

1. Ability to identify and meet customer needs to exceed expectations.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management skills in a fast-paced environment.
3. Initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sense and good knowledge of the luxury industry.
4. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, with at least 2 years in management within luxury products or hospitality.
