1. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the client database.
2. Coordinate follow-up actions with the team for clients, including those who purchased the previous day, walk-in clients, and birthdays.
3. Develop and manage target lists for events and animations, oversee call campaigns, control attendance, and maximize follow-up results.
4. Organize and oversee OTOs campaigns within the store.
5. Manage client targeting, invitation processes, and ROI for HQ treatments; provide organizational support for local initiatives.
6. Oversee the correct use of client gifts stock and coordinate gifting actions for local celebrations.
7. Support the team in delivering a high-end service in-store, including VIP room experiences.
8. Develop and maintain partnerships for client recruitment.
9. Share weekly figures and objectives on local clients and conduct monthly dashboard studies and analyses.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
2. Proficiency in basic IT applications (Office).
3. Strong product sensitivity and retail understanding.
4. Excellent analytical skills.
5. Good knowledge of boutique business activities.
