1. Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant customer experience by incorporating all core brand values and integrity throughout each remote interaction.
2. Consistently provide a highly professional approach and outstanding service.
3. Communicate effectively and with empathy via phone and email.
4. Ensure that all customer communications are handled in line with Dior policies and processes.
5. Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge when communicating with customers.
6. Liaise with in-store sales assistants to give them accurate information.
7. Drive to achieve and exceed goals and planned KPIs.
8. Recommend new and innovative approaches to address customer concerns and share successful ideas within the team.
9. Ensure accurate data is included for statistics and workload analysis.
10. Develop excellent working relationships within the Dior network.

1. Passionate about CRM, Marketing, and Customer Behaviour.
2. Understanding of the luxury standards and service.
3. Understanding of retail business operations.
4. Fluent in English.

2. Proficient in use of Windows Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Quick adaptation to a new software/system.
4. Time Management Skills.

6. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

Beginner

Must be available to work full-time (40 hours per week with Monday-Sunday flexibility.)
