9. Ensure accurate data is included for statistics and workload analysis.

1. Passionate about CRM, Marketing, and Customer Behaviour.
2. Understanding of luxury standards and service.
3. Understanding of retail business operations.
4. Fluent in English.

2. Proficient in the use of Windows Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Quick adaptation to new software/systems.
4. Time management skills.
5. Committed, flexible, self-motivated.
6. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Clear demonstration of a customer-first mindset.

Beginner level experience in a related field.
