1. Assist the Client Development Manager with client development and direct marketing operations.
2. Enhance client knowledge within boutiques and throughout the business.
3. Optimize the use of the CRM system in boutiques.
4. Monitor weekly and monthly reporting for boutiques, headquarters, finance, and management.
5. Oversee direct marketing tools and related operations, including catalogues, look books, and gifting requests.
6. Ensure efficient processing of direct marketing actions and maintain goal focus within boutiques.
7. Participate in CRM-related projects.
8. Improve database accuracy and CRM system usage to optimize boutique KPIs and monitor capture rate performance.
9. Respond to all boutique requests.
10. Contribute to the structure of boutique events, supporting the marketing department in event organization.
11. Monitor client attendance at in-store events and assist with guest check-in and customer detail collection.
12. Perform additional tasks as assigned within the marketing department.

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in client development, statistics, or data performance analysis.
2. Understanding of retail business operations.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to quickly adapt to new software/systems.
5. Knowledge of Neolane CRM system is advantageous.
6. Effective time management skills.
7. Commitment, flexibility, and self-motivation.

Beginner level experience in client development or related fields.
