Christian Dior Client Development Assistant Intern

Christian Dior Couture is a renowned luxury fashion brand, part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group, known for its high-end products and innovative designs. The company operates globally, offering a wide range of fashion items, accessories, and leather goods.

1. Assist and coordinate promotions and special programs.
2. Ensure all marketing and CDM implementations align with the Dior image and guidelines.
3. Assist in organizing CDM events.
4. Maintain constant contact with the Retail team to assist with projects and corporate communication.
5. Support company initiatives and special projects as assigned.
6. Handle client complaints related to service and other issues.
7. Monitor and manage relationships with third-party collaborators such as hospitality and wine companies.
8. Manage gift stock, including receiving, delivery, distribution, and auditing with boutique teams.
9. Coordinate between boutiques, office, and suppliers for event and client treatment execution.
10. Prepare event and gifting reports and collect feedback from boutique teams.
11. Prepare payment documents for all CDM-related expenses.
12. Work on digital tools, collecting feedback and incident requests for Dior Star and Dior Nova.
